∗ This 1-track US Promo DVD featuring a clip of "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” from "To Memphis, With Love" was sent to nightclubs to play in advance of the release events which were held at the end of october 2011.
∗∗ Signed copies of the DVD/CD were sold in limited amounts at each of the US shows during October and November 2011. Also from the 25th October 2011, signed copies were sold through the official store.
∗∗∗ A DVD only version was released in Brazil. This version comes in a plastic DVD case. The booklet is smaller. It is a fold-out page. Also has subtitles in Portuguese.
